SESSIONS

 

We begin with a complimentary 20 minute call to discuss how I can help and answer any questions you may have.

 

All sessions are held online, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own home, without the stress of travel, traffic or parking.

 

Each session typically lasts one hour and moves at a pace that feels right for you. 

 

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel supported, understood and heard in a safe environment.

 

My approach is structured yet flexible, designed to help you navigate what you are experiencing right now.

 

Continued support is available through WhatsApp check-ins between sessions.

 

 

 

 

HYPNOTHERAPY

 

My approach extends beyond traditional Solution-Focused methods by integrating EMOTION and SOMA (body-based) Hypnotherapy.

 

Together, we bridge the gap between your emotional experiences and your body's responses, while staying focused on the outcomes you want to achieve.

 

 We gently explore the reasons behind how you feel,  hold space for your emotions and listen to what your body is communicating.   

 

Through this connection, clients are able to release emotional blocks, regulate the nervous system and create lasting change.  

 

You will be gently guided into a calm, focused state of relaxation during hypnosis. 

 

Throughout this process you will gain valuable tools and techniques to support you both immediately and in the long term.
