Our work together focuses on where you are now and you will never be taken back to a traumatic event during hypnosis.

 

In our  sessions,  you will be in a calm, relaxed and focused state.

 

We will explore understanding the reasons behind feeling this way.

 

 Valuable tools and techniques are provided to stabilise and regulate the emotions you are experiencing.

 

You will have the support and structure needed to explore and process your emotions.
